Selecting which NAR® designation or course is right for you can be a practice in the ‘goodness of fit’ methodology. Not every agent’s business plan and target market is a fit for every designation, and no one agent can do it ALL and do it well. And that is exactly why NAR® designed (via a process that I was invited to take part in!) the Marketing Strategy and Lead Generation course, debuted in November 2019 at the annual REALTOR® convention. This course helps agents strike their own balance of what lead generation and social media strategies to employ, based on each agent’s unique value proposition, target markets served and professional strengths.
Because this course covers SO much content in such a short amount of time, I have found it useful as an instructor to supplement the offering with some exclusive resources. Knowledge is power, and if we work together to share what we all know – we can help our clients (and each other!) in the best way possible.
