If you have ever taken a National Association of Realtors® course with me, you know that my support for your career does NOT end when the class is over. With an original career in education, I genuinely enjoy not only getting to know the agents whom dedicate their time to earning designations, but am personally committed to continually supporting them.
As such, I hope by now that all of my students have heard about my upcoming appreciation and informational evening coming up on Tuesday, July 23rd! Every single one of my NAR® Designees is invited to attend this evening in which we will re-connect with one another, re-engage in a discussion of how our designations can maximize our opportunities to help our clients AND provide an important market update on off-shore trends (and how YOU can gain an inside scoop!).
Furthermore, even the location of the event was chosen with YOU in mind, as our dinner and discussion will take place at the Peninsula Regent, a first-class senior housing community that is devoted to helping those aged 60+ live ‘your life, your way’. For those whom have already earned their SRES® Designation and those considering it as next on their list, this is an invaluable opportunity to witness firsthand what kinds of passions we can help our clients aged 60 and older pursue.
As a unique and vibrant community that has been established for over two decades in San Mateo, the Regent offers:
| The ideal way to live on your terms, with the freedom to enrich your lifestyle and pursue your life-long interests.
| the financial advantage of home ownership and equity preservation (something that very few 60+ communities offer).
| Weekly housekeeping and linen service for sheets and towels, maintenance of most major appliances & 24-hour security services.
| Absolute freedom to travel (“lock and leave”).
| A variety of clubs and committees, from theater to hiking and bocce ball.
| Cultural, recreational, educational and social programs, including speakers, concerts, museums, theater, symphony, sporting events and more.
| Scheduled transportation available for excursions and trips to the mall, grocery and drug stores, dry cleaners, etc., plus scheduled car service to local doctors.
| Holiday parties, happy hours and social events
You can learn much, much more about the Peninsula Regent HERE and of course… by joining me there on Tuesday, July 23rd!
Please be sure to RSVP to Buddy@bobbidecker.com TODAY if you have not already done so. The chef needs an accurate head count to prepare our wine & hors d’oeuvres!
Look forward to seeing you soon for an evening of great company AND great informational value!
