Monday Market Update: When Good Intentions Go Wrong (Outdated Advice)…

Like the rest of the dynamic world that we live in, the real estate industry is FULL of advice! As soon as you tell someone you are thinking of buying or selling a home (or even if you aren’t!), the very best of intentions can also bring out some of the most outdated or misunderstood advice! The infographic below from the California Association of Realtors® reveals some advice that buyers often receive – that is simply not applicable in the current market anymore.

If you know of a buyer who has fallen into the trap of believing anything they hear from anyone, and who is feeling more than a little stressed out along the way, please know I am always happy to help them receive the support they need.
