Tuesday's Top Visual: Fall Market Pulse

You may be hearing that this season is the second best time of year to buy a home (with Spring being first)…and the market pulse is marching right along to that tune! While we just closed out October and data is still being measured…check out where September landed!

With only 1 in 5 realtors concerned about inventory, and a 28% increase in open house traffic – it looks like biggest industry dilemma might be how to get a holiday break in this year! And that is a good problem to have. Another positive indicator is that the majority of realtors expect better market conditions over the next year. We all know that mental mindset is half the battle, so a positive outlook coupled with this type of traffic is a sign that this market is not a bubble, and that serious buyers are here with a plan to purchase.
