Designations Create Distinctions: Realtor® Safety Steps

You have often heard me say we are all in this together. And I say that not just as a real estate career veteran and instructor, but truly because I see my fellow agents as my trusted colleagues, my inspiring network and my friends. As such, it would be amiss to let September slip away without reminding you all that this is Realtor® Safety Month.  There is no doubt that we have all found ourselves in situations in which we questioned our surroundings, wished we were not alone or were grateful for the respectful precautions that our clients honored to enable us to feel safe.

Please review the 5 tips below in honor of Realtor® Safety Month, and find specific resources for each step HERE. Personal safety is not something that every agent should think about once a year - but daily. Please, please add multiple, layered safety strategies to your business plan now and review quarterly.
