Monday Market Update: The Latest Local Data

The most recent San Mateo County home & condo/townhome sales stats are here!

San Mateo County friends, clients & contacts this one is for you! The Silicon Valley housing market has had quite a year and we wanted to share the latest local statistics* with regards to San Mateo County home sales.

While seasonally this is considered a ‘slower’ time of year, note that the average days on market is still 17-22 days and median home prices and $2 million and $925K for SFR and townhomes respectively. If that is snail speed, I think we can only imagine what Spring 2022 will bring!
