Happy Holidays: Our Best & Brightest Wishes For You

You did thrive in 2025 - it's all how you look at it!

Happy, Happy Holidays! The Bobbi Decker Team would like to sincerely wish each one of you amazing celebrations this week and a fabulous end to the year!

Looking back on 2025, I know that it can be easy to get wrapped up in thoughts of what we achieved and wonder if it was enough. But I want to encourage you to be generous with how you measure surviving vs. thriving. Not every achievement has to be award-winning; doing your best with what you had was absolutely enough. Consider acknowledging how you grew, how you handled things better than you might have in the past, and what you were able to give – whether it was time, money or genuine care.

Did you handle a hard situation with humor? Show compassion to someone in need? Forgive yourself for making a mistake? Did you speak a well-deserved thank you? Sometimes those small acts of awareness and kindness are the big things. They amount to more of who we are and what we are capable of than traditional measures of success such as money or career titles.

Here is how one of my greatest inspirations explains her mission in life and it sounds like a good one to me!

As you reflect on how you want to thrive in 2026, I encourage you to think about what carried you through 2025. For me that would be gratitude and compassion, did those values help you too? How could what we choose to embrace shape who we are and who we help? All I know is I can’t wait to find out!

Warmest wishes to you & yours,

Bobbi
