| 2/3 of homes in California sold above list price.


| Active listings of single-family homes is roughly 25% lower than one year ago.


| The May median Bay Area SFR price was $1.31 million, a record and nationwide high.


| San Mateo County median home prices increased 19.1% from May 2020 to May 2021, culminating at $1,950,000.
