Monday Market Update: Buying A Home 101

Do you really know all the things a Realtor® can do for you?

After working in real estate for 40 years, I could write a novel about the way that the internet has changed the home search process. But perhaps the biggest pitfall of having access to all of the information online is that clients are no longer maximizing the use of a real estate professional.

While you may be able to find homes, get listing notifications and even take virtual tours at the touch of a button– there is some guidance and expertise that technology can not replace. If you are a prospective buyer working with an agent, please review the infographic below to ensure that you are empowered with all of the things your representation can (and SHOULD!) do for you. You deserve nothing less.

Best wishes for an amazing month of March!
