Monday Market Update: 2024 Colors of the Year

Designers already have their eyes on new year, new paint.

It’s only September, but in the real estate and housing world, this month is when many of the ‘countdowns’ begin. The 2024 industry forecasts will begin to make their debut, and the fun stuff like home and style trends will also emerge. On that former note, Realtor.com® has just revealed the 2024 colors of the year that have been revealed to date; these may be the most diverse and saturated palette we have seen yet!

Be sure to see all the colors featured in “From Bay Blue to Apricot Crush: Every 2024 Color of the Year (So Far)”. We have also listed them in this at-a-glance infographic!

Which one is your favorite... in name only? Which hues could go with your home? Are there any absolute 'yays' or 'nays' from these picks in your household?! Paint is one the lowest cost and highest impact improvements you can make, and beyond worth the joy that it brings. We are pretty sure there is some saying about living life in color... and we are here for it!

Have a great week,
