The Weather Is Cooling- Home Prices Are Not
One topic we just could not keep out of the mix was home prices. Rising rates created fears throughout much of the year that buyers would exit and home sellers would be forced to settle for less. But time and time again, this was not the case. Note that home prices rose in 82% of markets in Q3 of 2023.
One of the best parts of home ownership is having space to call your own – both indoors and out! In the spring we wrote a blog that shared data on what exterior upgrades made homeowners and happiest and which offered the best ROI (and they were not all one in the same!).
